WHAT ARE GRIDZ?
Gridz are comprised of 5"x5" photographs, hand-mounted onto 3/16" thick foamboard and arranged into sets by theme or location. With each set having numerous photographs, the display combinations are almost endless. Each photograph is UV protected to resist sun fading as well as light scratches. Gridz are a unique and modern way to decorate your space.

WHAT ARE CUSTOM GRIDZ?
Custom Gridz take the concept of Gridz and applies it to your own photographs! Custom Gridz make a wonderful and unique gift for anyone for any occasion. For complete details, refer to the custom page. |
HOW CAN I ORDER CUSTOM GRIDZ?
First decide how many photos you want to be in your Custom Gridz set. Next, press the "add to cart" button. In the "quantity" box, update the number to match the number of photographs you'd like in your set. After payment is received, you will get an email telling you how to upload your photos to Gridz. |
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PHOTOS ARE LARGE ENOUGH TO DO A CUSTOM GRIDZ SET?
The minimum resolution for each photo can be no less than 1152x864. In Windows XP it's very easy to find the photo dimentions. Simply click on the photo you want to use and in the bottom left hand corner of the window will be a box labeled "Details". This box tells the dimentions of the photograph. You can also right-click on a file, click properties, and find the dimentions there as well. |
WHO CAN SUBMIT THEIR WORK TO GRIDZ?
Anyone may submit their work to Gridz. If you have a great idea for a set, send samples to samples@gridz.net and we will get in touch with you after reviewing them. |

All sets posted on Gridz.net are copyright to their respective owners (the photographers) and may not be reproduced in any way. Gridz has entered an agreement with each photographer to produce their copyrighted work. |

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT
Gridz.net accepts the following forms of payment: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. |
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As of now Gridz only ships within the United Sales and will not process sales made from outside of the United States. Gridz plans to offer international sales and shipping in the near future, so check back often, or email stephen@gridz and ask to be notified when we do offer international sales. |
SALES TAX
Sales tax is charged only to Washington State residents at the rate of 8.8%. |
SHIPPING
Currently we only offer Priority mail shipping through the USPS. All orders are sent the next business day and take 2-3 days to arrive. |
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order any time prior to shipping by writing to stephen@gridz.net with your receipt number and cancellation request. If the order has shipped, returned orders will incur return shipping costs. |

Online Purchases
When you order a product from Gridz.net, we need to know your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information to process your order. Your credit card information will be used only as needed to process your transaction. So that we can track your order, we will retain your order information for our records, but not your credit card information. |

RETURN POLICY
We know you'll enjoy your Gridz set, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the set within 30 days for a full refund.* All items must be in original condition to be issued a refund.
*Refund does not include cost of return shipping. |
REPLACEMENT POLICY
If for some reason a set arrived damaged we will replace it. If you ever damage, lose, or just want another individual panel, it can be replaced at a cost of $5.00 + shipping and tax. |
